About
This blog is written by Adam Adamczyk

I have extensive experience in enterprise application integration, particularly Web Services integration between ERP class systems (SAP, AS400) and supply chain management systems (Infor Supply Web). I spent 6 years on integration by using Enterprise Integration Application systems particularly MS BizTalk Server and Gentran Integtation Suite.
Totally disappointed by Http stateless pages and AJAX JavaScript frameworks currently I concentrate my professional evolution on Rich Internet Application (RIA) platforms – particularly Adobe Flex.
In my last 10 years have been exposed to diverse people, work styles, standards of measurement, corporate cultures, and demands. I have mastered the ability to deal with frustrated customers, management under pressure, and companies operating in the midst of labor negotiations and layoffs.
Currently I serve in a lead position as an architect/developer on an enterprise development project.
Since 1995 I lead a small software company (Figaro Software) specialized in delivery tailored software solution for insurance business.
I hold a degree in computer science from the Technical University of Wroclaw, Poland (1998) and MBA from the Kozminski Business School Warsaw Poland (2003).
In my spare, I love climbing, skiing, and sitting around my friends and complaining about things.
